Ayurveda can help you heal
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which translates to the science of life (Ayur meaning science and veda meaning wisdom), originating in India almost 5,000 years ago.
Our body is made up of 5 elements: water, earth, fire, air, and space. Each element has qualities associated with it as well as the opposite qualities that we use to restore balance to the body.
For example: if you are experiencing acid reflux, Ayurveda recommends eating foods and herbs that are cooling to reduce the heat in the body. Acid reflux and heartburn signal excess heat in the body, so the element of fire needs to be cooled.
Once you complete your dosha assessment, you will understand how your mental, emotional, and physical health is linked to your body and mind’s unique constitution.
You will receive the information and specific measures to heal, as well as the steps to continue promoting radiant health. This journey will include making conscious choices about diet, exercise, herbs, and other relevant aspects pertaining to your lifestyle.
Why take synthetic pharmaceutical drugs that can cause side effects (known and unknown) or aggravate a current condition?
